About

Anastasia Yarulina

Anastasia Yarulina is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a strong foundation in the science of movement and a passion for holistic health. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from York University (2017) and has built a successful career as a personal trainer, helping clients improve strength, mobility, and overall function through individualized, movement-based training. She views clients of all ages as athletes and incorporates a variety of disciplines into her work, including calisthenics and Olympic weightlifting.

Born and raised in Eastern Europe, Anastasia moved to Canada at the age of 17. Her interest in osteopathy began during her undergraduate studies, when a guest osteopath demonstrated the body’s interconnectedness by assessing a student and identifying patterns of dysfunction beyond the musculoskeletal system.

About Us

This experience sparked a deep curiosity about the relationship between structure and function and inspired her to pursue osteopathic education after obtaining her Canadian permanent residency.

Anastasia’s background in personal training and kinesiology allows her to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, integrating her knowledge of biomechanics, posture, and movement into hands-on osteopathic care. She is passionate about helping patients restore balance within the body, improve function, and support the body’s natural ability to self-regulate and heal.

Outside of her clinical practice, Anastasia maintains a highly active lifestyle and is a professionally trained dancer. She has participated in large-scale performance projects, including the opening ceremonies of the Pan American Games (2015) and the NBA All-Star Game (2016), in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil. Her experience in dance continues to shape her refined understanding of body awareness, coordination, and human movement.

Anastasia is dedicated to continuous learning, patient-centered care, and empowering individuals to move and feel their best—whether in daily life, sport, or performance. She combines a practitioner’s precision with an athlete’s mindset—helping clients not only feel better, but move, perform, and live at a higher level.
